Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at hello.rootedandrevived@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will make it right.

International Shipping At this time, we only ship within the United States.
